    1. Talk to Jones the fisherman outside the Fishing Guild bank.

    2. Pickpocket the Master fisher (near the guild entrance) for the sea chart. This may take several attempts.

    3. Talk to the Master fisher.

      1Ask about the Deadliest Catch.

    1. Talk to Linza who is east of the Fishing Guild in Hemenster.

    2. Go to the Tower of Life south of Ardougne. (Fairy ring or Kandarin monastery Teleport)

    3. Talk to 'The Guns'.

    4. Talk to Bonafido for builder's tea.

    5. East of the tower, pick the southern most of the 3 lowland heather bunch directly east of the Tower of Life. Only one is needed.

    6. Use the heather on the tea.

    7. Talk to 'The Guns'.

    1. Head back to the Fishing Guild and talk to Jones.

      1Lead the way!

    2. Track the Thalassus via the wreckage. Dismiss your follower if you have one.

    3. The track is always the same during the same session, even after a reset.

    4. Optional: Each shipwreck has some loot, but you can only take 3 "items" in total. PC: Right click and loot; Mobile: Long press and loot.

    5. Note: The remaining loot will sink when the loot window has been closed for that specific shipwreck.

    1. Talk to the group of mermaids.

      2The Thalassus has eaten Jones the mighty fisherman.1It should, he's been hunting for decades.3Very horrid! After he's killed the Thalassus, he'll probably come after you.2Trust me, I'm a great adventurer, I should know.3Did I mention Jones has a harpoon with him?1It's no ordinary harpoon.

    1. Track the Thalassus again. Note that it takes a different path this time.

    2. Optional: It is possible to loot 3 items again.

    3. Talk to Jones.

    4. Talk to Linza. She is at her smithing corner like previously.

    5. Talk to Jones again.

    6. Quest complete!
