    1. Using a Ring of slaying will teleport the player directly to Tarn's lair, skipping most of the quest.

    2. Alternatively, enter level 1 of the abandoned mine by climbing over the mine cart west of the secret entrance and crawling down the cart tunnel.

    3. Head north and enter the entrance. Watch for skeletons and possessed pickaxes.

    4. Navigate the maze, disarm traps along the way or be hit by damage. Watch for skeletons and zombies throughout the maze.

    1. Kill both Terror dogs, Mutant tarn and Tarn

    2. Head north through the passageway and take Tarn's diary.

    3. Miniquest complete!
