Secrets of Amberfell

Take the S.O.S. note to Adam in Wendlewick.

Head to the bridge and talk to the ranger with 2 ropes, 20 nails and 10 logs to repair the bridge.

Talk to Adam to report the findings.

Be sure to complete the second set of dialogue when Anya spawns in to continue the quest.

Return to the bridge and cross to the other side.

Head south to trigger a cutscene with Inanna.

Continue east and talk to Sorrel next to the well.

Talk to Inanna, north of the well, to obtain deduction notes.

Talk to Farmer Rowan, south of the well, at the pumpkin patch.

Talk to Heather, in the house to the southwest. (She may be outside the house if the door is left open.)

Talk to Fern, to the north-east of the well.

Talk to Heywood, who roams around Amberfell (carrying a bow).

Talk to Ash by the barricade to the south-east.

Talk to Sorrel back at the well.

Open the deduction notes, select the deductions below, and check deductions when populated.

Talk to Ash by the barricade to the south-east.

Go north to the temple by the dig site and continue Secrets of Amberfell on the quest marker outside.

Talk to Ash and progress through the dialogue.

Talk to Inanna to begin the fight.

Fight waves of level 42 vampyres and sanguine crawlers.

Kill the Sanguine crawlers first. Avoid the special attacks by moving out of the blue box when it appears.

You must use Inanna's special move to finish when you get a wave of only Sanguine crawlers, or the fight will continue indefinitely.

Talk to Inanna after the fight.

Go back and talk to Sorrel in Amberfell. (fairy ring )

Go to Anya's camp, south-east of the Shrine of Inanna (south of fairy ring ), and talk to Anya.

Head north-west and talk to Shrine Tender Joanna to receive a blessed rabbit snare and a spirit jar.

South-east of Anya's camp, talk to Mossbrain at the goblin camp.

Talk to him again with 5 cooked fish to receive the offering bowl. If you have different types of fish, he will take the first 5 fish in your backpack.

Go to Highweald Forest, north of Wendlewick, and search a hollow tree (found at the Hunting resource icon on the minimap) to spawn spirit moths.

With your butterfly net equipped, catch 5 spirit moths.

Go to Jackalope burrow, south-west of the Shrine of Inanna, lay the blessed rabbit snare and, using your teasing stick, flush the jackalope burrows until you catch a Jackalope.

The easiest method is to lay the snare directly in front of a burrow and spam-clicking another burrow.

Go back and talk to Shrine Tender Joanna.

Pray at the Altar of Inanna to enter Inanna's Den.

Talk to Inanna.

Talk to Anya to receive a vial of blood.

Go to the floor NaN of the Wendlewick lighthouse and talk to Esther.

Combine your antisanguine (3) potion with the vial of blood.

Return to Inanna's Den and use the empowered antisanguine on Inanna.

Talk to Inanna.

Head to Amberfell and talk to Sorrel. (fairy ring )

Make sure to have 6 backpack spaces, or you will have to go grab Anya and Inanna again and walk back. (If Inanna vanishes, using the Wendlewick lodestone may respawn her.)
