Gnome Stronghold Agility Course

Levels 1–29

- 1Start training at the basic Gnome Stronghold Agility Course.
- 2You will not take damage on the basic course as it is not possible to fail any of the obstacles.
- 3The base experience per hour is around 13,928.5, based on a lap time of 33.6 seconds including the time taken to run back to the first obstacle.
- 25–30Medium effortMembersIn 24 levels20k–29kXP/h
- 1At level 25 move to playing Werewolf Skullball.
- 2You will need to have completed Creature of Fenkenstrain so that you can use the ring of charos to bypass the werewolf to enter the course.
- 3Complete the course by tapping, kicking, and shooting the skullball through the ten skeletal goals before sending the ball into the final goal. 1,200 experience is gained if you finish the course in less than 3 minutes.
- 4If you can do this consistently you will gain around 28,800 experience an hour. 1,000 experience is gained if completing the course in more than 3 minutes; equivalent to 20,000 experience an hour.
Levels 30–49

Partial completion of the Cold War quest, up until the point where the player learns how to make a clockwork suit, is required for this method of training.
You must be wearing the suit to use the Agility course.

- 1At level 35 Agility switch to the basic Barbarian Outpost Agility Course.
- 2You must complete the Bar Crawl miniquest to access the course.
- 3Some obstacles on this course can be failed, so you may want to bring some food or another method to restore lifepoints.
- 4Around 42,000 experience an hour can be gained by completing this course.
- 48–52Medium effortMembersIn 47 levels49kXP/h
A medium or small ninja monkey greegree must be worn while training at the course.
- 1At level 48 Agility players can use the Ape Atoll Agility Course if they have partially completed Monkey Madness.

Levels 50–69
3 methods- 52–60Medium effortMembersIn 51 levels51kXP/h
- 1At level 52 Agility, players should start training at the Wilderness Agility Course.
- 2Failure is common at these levels, so it is recommended to bring food, or another method to regain life points.
- 3Damage from failure is based on a percentage of remaining health, thus keeping your health around 25% is ideal.
- 4The experience per hour at this course is around 51,390. 5% additional experience can be gained on completing a lap if the player has the Wilderness sword 2, obtained from completing the medium Wilderness achievements, or better equipped or in the backpack.

- 60–65Medium effortMembersIn 59 levels60kXP/h
The course requires level 60 in Ranged and Strength, as well as Agility, and an enhanced grappling hook or mithril grapple.
- 1After completing The Chosen Commander quest, you can complete the Bandos's Throne Room Agility Course.
- 2The course requires level 60 in Ranged and Strength, as well as Agility, and an enhanced grappling hook or mithril grapple.
- 3The course involves grappling between statues and grants experience in Ranged and Strength in addition to around 60,171 Agility experience an hour.
- 4Alternatively you can use the Werewolf Agility Course.

Piece of Het can be gained after completing an obstacles; 200 of these can be used to full repair the Statue of Het.
- 1At level 65 switch to the Het's Oasis Agility Course.
- 2Training on this course gives around 70,114 Agility experience an hour.
- 3Players can fail obstacles on the course.
- 4Each obstacle failed reduces the amount of experience gained from completing the final obstacle by 1% per fail.
- 5Crocodile shortcuts can appear on the east and west sides of the course (approximately every 10 minutes).
- 6Piece of Het can be gained after completing an obstacles; 200 of these can be used to full repair the Statue of Het.
- 7Fully completing the statue increases experienced gained from the Agility course, and other skilling activities in the area, by 10%.
Levels 70–89
5 methods- 70–77Medium effortMembersIn 69 levels78kXP/h
- 1At level 70 complete the advanced section of the Anachronia Agility Course.
- 2Completing the north-east section (C) is recommended as it the shortest of two advanced sections and has no risk of being stunned by dinosaurs.
- 3Repeatedly complete this section of the course for around 78,000 experience an hour.
- 4When learning the course, it helps to look out for white markings on signs and obstacles and to look for a mud-coloured path.
- 5There is always a mud-coloured path when the next obstacle is not close enough to be seen on the same screen.
- 6There is a small chance to fail each obstacle, which will deal 5% of the player's current health as damage, but the obstacle will not have to be repeated and will still give full experience.
- 7It is recommended to use Surge and Dive or Bladed Dive, as well as the Mobile perk or Shadow's Grace relic power, to move around the course quicker.
- 8You may randomly receive 1–3 codex pages along with other rewards when traversing obstacles.
- 9Having at least tier two luck improves the chance of getting pages.
- 10During the Roar of Osseous players gain +1 codex pages whenever they receive a drop, bringing the amount received to 2–4 codex pages. 25% increased Agility is also gained while the roar is active.
- 70–77Medium effortMembersIn 69 levels78kXP/h
- 1Train using Anachronia Agility Course/Advanced northern.
- 77–80Medium effortMembersIn 76 levels103kXP/h
- 1At level 77 Agility, players can train at the Hefin Agility Course.
- 2Completion of the Plague's End quest is required to access it as it is located within Prifddinas.
- 3The amount of experience gained from traversing obstacles on the course and bonus experience awarded for completing a full lap of the course increases every 5 Agility levels.
- 4At level 77 the experience rate is around 102,857 experience an hour.
- 5It is not possible to fail obstacles on this course.
- 6The course has a unique "velocity" system where a bar is filled as the player traverses the course's obstacles, becoming full on approximately every other lap of the course that the player completes.
- 7When the bar is full, the next obstacle on the course will be completed automatically.
- 8Shortcuts have a chance of spawning when a lap of the course is completed.
- 9These can be used to complete the next lap of the course more quickly.
- 10Players have a chance of obtaining a reward each time that a lap is completed.
- 11These can include small Agility XP lamps and Hefin course multipliers.
- 12The Voice of Seren also provides benefits for players training at the Hefin course.
- 13As well as receiving 20% additional experience in Agility, players will receive Prayer experience at a rate equivalent to 25% of the base Agility experience that they gain.
- 14The Voice of Seren also increases the player's chance of spawning shortcuts and doubles the rate at which velocity is gained while it is active.
- 15It is possible to right-click the next obstacle while viewing these cutscenes for all the course's obstacles except the roof obstacle; this can be used to begin obstacles more quickly and decrease the time taken to complete the lap.
- 16Players may also complete faster laps by right-clicking the square from which the course's first obstacle is attempted, 2 squares south of the western side of the walkway obstacle, and using the "walk here" option before using the obstacle; this causes the player's character to run, rather than walk, towards the obstacle.
- 80–85Medium effortMembersIn 79 levels150kXP/h
- 1Spirit moths in Havenhythe can be caught barehanded with level 80 Agility and 85 Hunter.
- 2While catching the moths barehanded 355 Agility experience is gained for each moth caught successfully, but their usual charm drops are greatly reduced.
- 3Catching them gives around 150,000 Agility experience an hour.
- 4Spirit moths are spawned by searching hollow trees (not stumps) in Highweald Forest.
- 5Tellervo's lantern may rarely be found while searching the trees.
- 6When equipped, moths will fly towards the player, no longer attempt to flee after a failed catch attempt, and sometimes will be automatically caught.
- 7Items which increase success rate while hunting are also beneficial to the rate at which Agility experience is gained from the moths.
- 85–99Medium effortMembersIn 84 levels210kXP/h
Level 85 is only required for a short section of the course so players may wish to start training here from level 80 onwards.
- 1At level 85 the complete Anachronia Agility Course can be trained at for around 210,000 experience an hour.
- 2Each obstacle on the Agility course provides 22 experience.
- 3Finishing each of the course's seven sections gives additional experience.
- 4Completing an entire circuit of the course yields an additional 21,736 experience, for a total of 28,000 experience for an entire lap.
- 5There is a small chance to fail each obstacle, which will deal 5% of the player's current health as damage, but the obstacle will not have to be repeated and will still give full experience.
- 6Level 85 is only required for a short section of the course so players may wish to start training here from level 80 onwards.
- 7Players with 80 Agility may pass this section using 1-2 bites of summer pie, which boosts their Agility level to 85 and is relatively cheap and easy to acquire.
- 8The Agility boost from a god banner also boosts from level 80 to 85, and lasts thirty minutes, though it can only be used once per day.
- 9It is recommended to use Surge and Dive or Bladed Dive, as well as the Mobile perk or Shadow's Grace relic power, to move around the course quicker.
- 10You may randomly receive 1–3 codex pages along with other rewards when traversing obstacles.
- 11Having at least tier two luck improves the chance of getting pages.
